Ordinary aluminum composite panels (ACP) are not fireproof but can be made fire-resistant through special treatments and core materials. Fire-resistant ACP slows flame spread but isn’t immune to fire. It enhances safety by providing time for evacuation but doesn’t prevent or extinguish fires. The most popular fire-resistant ACP is B2 fire grade.
